At Eleanor, we promise to value all our employees for the incredible things they do. Our carers, for not only their care towards service users but for each other and our office staff going above and beyond. The Eleanor family is about teamwork, dedication, and care, towards each other and the ones we care for.
Our Random Acts of Care campaign gives you an opportunity to nominate and celebrate the acts of kindness that happen every day, which often go unmentioned.
If you have experienced a specific moment of kindness or know a caring person that you feel deserves recognition, please fill out the form by clicking the link below so that their thoughtfulness can receive the appreciation it deserves.
All nominees will be entered into a draw for a £25 Love2shop voucher, as Eleanor’s way of saying thank you for making our organisation a community that cares.
All nominations, including photos, will be shared across our internal and external channels: monthly newsletter, social media, teams page etc. By uploading photos through the form, you are giving your permission to share. If you have any queries, please email marketing@eleanorcare.co.uk

Victoria always goes above and beyond for anyone. She is the kindest sweetest woman I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. Victoria always puts her service users first and never let’s them down despite having a husband and 4 young children she is always at work and always dedicated to her work. She is just a beautiful soul. As a care worker myself I know how hard the job is but Victoria never complains and always deals with things head on and professionally. I hope in years to come I have a carer just like Victoria as I know my days would be happy and i would be well loved and looked after! Victoria your the best!
