Responsibilities

• You would preferably have experience of working in a professional kitchen, although this is not essential.
• A current Level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene is an advantage but not essential as we deliver accredited food hygiene training.
• You must be an organised individual with good communication skills.
• Of course, very high hygiene standards are necessary.
